Nal Adams allows you to place orders and ship it to a destination that is different from your billing address. However, we require that you have that shipping address on file with the credit card company.
Alternatively, we can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local postal station for pick-up. You may call our office at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.
Manufacturing and Order Process
The total delivery time is the time we get your order manufactured plus the shipping time.
Each piece of jewelry we sell is unique as they are machine-crafted to your desire. Please allow 5-7 business days to get your order ready for shipment. All orders placed before 3pm EST are processed the same business day, otherwise they are processed the following business day.
Nal Adams offer a complimentary laser engravings service for our customers, may require an additional processing day.
Note that all of the jewelery we sell are proudly manufactured in USA.
